Unique Comply Technology
Di-Noc™ Architectural Finishes use an adhesive system with grid-like channels on the adhesive surface allowing air to escape during application. Air bubbles trapped between the material and the film can escape along these tracks making application to large and complicated surfaces easier and ensuring a perfect finish. However only accredited applicators are qualified to install Di-Noc™.

Warranted Installations
Di-Noc's™ reduced thickness enables installations that are lighter in weight than traditional forms of panelling and its adhesive feature allows for easy application on site leading to reduced labour costs and down time.
Titan Window Films has an established network of accredited applicators that will ensure the quality of the finish and therefore depending on the colour / pattern selected Di-Noc™ can be warranted for up to 10 years for indoor applications and up to 4 years for outdoor.

 

 

1. Typical Applications: condominiums, hotels, restaurants, offices, lobbies, elevators, washrooms, hospitals

2. Application Surfaces: aluminium, steel, varnished metal bases, plastics, laminates, walls, plasterboard, civil plaster etc.

3. Application Temperature: 16 to 28 degrees Celcius * wet applications are not needed nor recomended due to Comply TM Adhesive.

4. Thickness: 215 +/- 10 Microns.

5. Innovation: Comply TM technology for quick and easy application. The air between the film and surface is released via air channels. Anti-Bacterial protection built into the PS Single Colour Family.

6. Flame Resistance: CAN/ULC-S102.2, ASTM E162, ASTM E662 Class A levels as defined in NFPA 101 "Life Safety Code" Test Method: ASTM E84.

7. Abrasion Resistance: product applied to aluinium plate and exposed to 7000 cycles using a Taber Abrader with a 1 kg load. Test Result: no change to pattern.

8. Heat Resistance: product applied to aluminium plate and subjected to a temperature of 65 degrees Celcius for 28 days. Test Result: minimal change to film adhesion and appearance.

9. Humidity Resistance: product applied to aluminium plate and subjected to a temperature of 40 degrees Celcius at a relative humidity of 90% for 28 days. Test Result: minimal change to film adhesion and appearance.

10. Maintenance and Cleaning: easily cleaned with standard detergents.
