| It has been almost a year and a half, and two summers, since you installed the 3M Prestige 50 Solar Window Film to the major windows in our house. I am delighted to report that we continue to be very pleased with the performance of the window film. It has cut the heat in our house substantially, and has protected our art and furniture from fading. In other words, it has enabled us to enjoy the view that so much attracted us to our home, without the heat and damage to our belongings which would otherwise have been the case. An important factor in us choosing the 3M product, aside from its heat and UV performance, was the fact that is almost invisible. We did not notice it, nor do our guests. Its low reflectivity from the inside allows us to continue to enjoy our night views almost as clearly before the installation of the film. Right after the installation you will recall that I complimented your staff on their workmanship and cleanliness. A year and a half later I am pleased to say that we remain delighted with our decision to install this product and to have had Titan do the installation. | Your terrific team of installers finished our job at noon, and I wanted to hasten to tell you just how pleased I was with their work and results. They were quite amazing.It was choreographic perfection, making something potentially difficult appear effortless! And not a scrap of debris remained to testify to any work having been done. It seemed that every errant molecule went into the plastic bag before even hitting the floor. Moreover, I am thrilled with the final effect. The subtle tinting of the light and the clarity of the view are more than I could have possibly imagined. Can't wait for Marian to see the final results. If you ever need a personal reccomendation for any future installations, please feel free to have your clients call me, as I shall praise you to the skies. | I just wanted to let you know that after a prolonged hot spell of 35+C temps that we normally get here in Kamloops, your window film has performed exceptionally well. I can still feel the heat of the sun coming through my skylight but it is only a fraction of what it used to be. I haven't needed to close my window blind and am quite enjoying the light in what would be a darker spot in the center of my house during the summer. Thanks again. In perticular, we were extremely pleased to hear from a number of our staff that your head installer was efficient, polite and kept any disruption to a minimum.
